  This item was well packaged and arrived in just a few days. However when a technical issue arose this seller went out of his way to make things work. Communication was constant through the entire process with progressing updates. To me this seller is the best and I wouldn't have wanted to go through a process like this with anyone else.   Appearance wise the PC is as described, in good condition. The packaging deserves better though. The seller used a very thin bubble envelope, which easily allowed for issues during shipping. Also, I was surprised to find a Bluetooth/WiFi dongle in the package. I was under the impression, if not about the Bluetooth, that at least the WiFi was built-in. Now I have to loose one extra USB port in the back to have WiFi. Additional, Windows 11 did come preinstalled. I had to upgrade from Windows 10

  The problem with losing a usb port for the dongle can be easily fixed with an inexpensive usb hub. This was also listed as a used device therefore I never said anything about the software being up to date on it. I guess I could have packaged it better, but I sold 3 other ones and no complaints. Thanks for your purchase.
