Item was sent from Amazon not from ebay purchase. Very deceiving. Didnt have sellers name or what item was till open package. Once open, it was wrong. Contact Amazon while post person on site. They would take back as I didn't have order number or wasn't person order it. Contact ebay seller about issue they confirmed it was wrong. Tried to have them send right part with return label for wrong part. Seller wasted my time waiting as my business had order to fill. Item didnt match picture received.

Sadly this bag was missing the shoulder strap :((. However, seller sent a PP & tracking return label soon after notified and a total refund after it was returned. Otherwise, this was a very well made and nice Chef's Bag. Had a hand carry handle but shoulder strap was preferred. Seller had another one but no guarantee it had the strap either. Seems to be a good honest seller though & recommended, 5*+++++.
