USA Standard Gear 8.8 differential spider gear set arrived exactly as described - everything was new and unused, but I wish they had put a tiny bit of cushioning inside the original box to prevent the two gears that had been previously opened from bumping around during shipment. The body scrubber works and feels great! What I appreciate most is the excellent customer service. Would not recommend this seller: poor order fulfillment & poor communication. Item received incomplete and was marked on package BY COMPANY as missing pieces. Sellers responded to my concern with auto-response. Took almost 2 weeks to get a refund (>$250…I needed that!) after I sent pic of return receipt w/ tracking number.
