  I was refunded, but only after waiting over a week for shipping information, that never came. At one point the seller responded they fell behind on shipping and they were going to upgrade the shipping at their expense. This never happened, and I never heard from the seller agin with any type of explanation of why the seller was unable to fulfill my order. Not a good ebay experience at all.
