  Seemed like a great deal with free ship. Listed incorrectly as open box implying all accessories were included. The quick release plate was not making this tripod useless. Additionally, item description was a copy/paste from some website describing max height at 65” when actual max height was 46. Contacted seller who replied quickly and offered a full refund but I declined as the return shipping and my time would have been more than refund. Upgraded feedback to 3 stars but basically screwed.

  Never received the item. When i told him after 10 days to check on the item. He just is lazy and says their being delayed with shipping. After I tell him look into where it is, he says don't tell me how to run his business. Well according to his poor feedback currently,looks like he does not know how to run a business.

  Did not receive the item and no status on the UPS tracking site. Contacted the seller and was told the “seems the item has been delivered”. CCTV checked for several days if UPS delivered and maybe left the package at the front door, but no avail.
