Seller supplied incorrect measurements, so the jacket didn't fit. Offered a refund to send it back, but too much trouble. I'll just donate it. Disappointed, I always ask for measurements to insure a proper fit.

The Buyer sent me a rather terse message saying that the measurements I provided her were off by fractions of an inch. I replied that I took care to send correct measurements, however if she was displeased with the item in any respect, she could return it for a full refund. She refused to return the item for a refund, stating that it "was not worth it" and that she would donate it. She also said that she had wasted her money. I offered a full refund. I'm not sure what else I could do for her.
