  Unfortunately this transaction went wrong. Customs charged an extra £60 in fees before i could collect the parcel, the seller refunded this. Then i recieved the parcel opened and missing items. The seller refused a return, ebay stepped in. Now i still cant return for a refund as i will lose the refunded customs fee from my refund and will also lose the fees on its return. This means id i will lose half the money i paid and get nothing in return. All the fault of the new ebay system.
