  The shoes were bought as a gift and supposed to be delivered with the original box. When we received the package, they were in a basic brown box, not the original! We contacted the seller, and they attempted to send us the original box for the shoes, but something went wrong with the shipping process, so in the end they refunded the entire sell and allowed our son to keep the shoes anyways. That's not what we would want for any seller, but in terms of customer service, excellent!
