    Seller wanted 7 days to ship item. Tracking said awaiting item for all that time. I emailed and requested to cancel since they never shipped item. Next day zero communication but suddenly had tracking showing the item was given usps. Seller never took the time to reply nor apologize for not shipping item nor to let me know they'd forgotten etc. After finally receiving the item (puzzle) we opened the box to find a significant amount of human and dog hair. Lame seller.
