  Item was only wrapped in paper. The package got wet during shipping and water leaked under the product wrapping, damaging the item due to the insufficient packaging. The other 2 items that arrived the same day were also a little wet, but were packaged appropriately in boxes and were not damaged. After talking to the seller, they took no responsibility. I was forced to open the ETB to save the contents which no longer made it a collectible.

  The items were wrapped with care and were completely dry when shipped. I have no control over how the Post Office handles the items as they were the cause of the items getting wet. I relayed that to the buyer and directed the buyer to open a claim against the US Post Office. The buyer still bought another item from me of the same caliber so the negative comments are misleading. If my service was so bad, why did the individual purchase from me again.
