  As described, sent quickly good packaging, smooth transaction, thanks! However....the carriers (Yodel) were very slow to update me on tracking; at one point the item was held up at a depot for 2 days without update or progress. Finally got things moving today when I enquired on their chat line, but on delivery the item was stuffed through my letter box and the item's carton was crushed, fortunately no damage caused to the contents! All in all very disappointed with Yodel! Not Seller's fault!

  Ordered 3 of these Arca clamps with plates. Two are fine, but the 3rd won't clamp its plate, nor the plates from the other two. The other two will clamp the plate from the faulty unit. Contacted seller who asked for a photo, but photo no use as it looks fine, the fault is internal, so sent short video of rattling plate in screwed up clamp. Supplier has agreed fault and has despatched a replacement. Excellent service. catsquirrel09
