  It came well-packaged. Everything shown in the picture was in the box and well protected. I only wish it had the base jack along with it. The one I have has a snapped adapter piece and although it works it would have been a nice (but not necessary and not offered) addition. Other than that, it was in great condition and appearance.

  Great seller. I never received item but not seller’s fault. Item was shipped promptly and lost promptly by USPS. Seller responded quickly to all emails and inquiries. Post Office just simply dropped the ball! Seller processed refund after we gave this item more than enough time for delivery. Would definitely recommend this seller to all buyers. Great customer service was provided. What a shame that we can’t say the same about the Post Office.
