The doll is very nice. My only complaint is it was not safely packaged when shipped and the box has a lot of crushing and damage. It also took a bit longer than the original estimate to arrive, as it spent several days in limbo before making it to a USPS drop off via the shipping partner. However the seller is not responsible for how long shipping partners take or USPS takes. Their delays changed my estimate three times. But I love the doll and am happy to have her.
