I advised the seller I would contact eBay customer support for assistance to resolve the matter, there’s a reason the seller has 92.6 rating!!! They offered a partial refund and to keep the boots. The boots are NOT the boots I ordered and they’re completely unusable by me. I wouldn’t expect to pay to return an item when the company didn’t send the boots that were ordered. I have the proof! The quality and the appearance of the boots are not good either.
