  This must be one of the best services I’ve ever had to deal with. I ordered the product and it did not arrive after five days so I contacted eBay and told them and they refunded my money which was only £3.27 then after five days past and I received my nose pieces for my glasses in the post so I contacted Stanmore the seller and them it had arrived I asked about payment and they said don’t worry for the inconvenience so I’m absolutely over the moon thank you very much.

  Ordered Tuesday evening delivered Royal Mail tracked Friday lunchtime. Competitive price. Packaging could be improved a lot. 3 knives (not sharp) in an ordinary A5 size envelope. Each knife should be in a polybag sleeve but all 3 of them were not in the sleeves which were loose in the envelope. The envelope had been split open about an inch at one end somewhere in transit - maybe when it dropped in my letter box, I don't know. So I got everything on time but not very impressed.
