This store is a labor of love in memory of my mother. For many years we had sold items on Ebay, always celebrating our finds and the beautiful things we sold. We had so much fun laughing and creating outfits or just selling books to our happy customers.     Very disappointed. The item (laptop battery) arrived damaged and unsafe, with punctures and melted plastic. I contacted the seller multiple times with pictures, but they never replied. No solution, no replacement, no refund. All this trouble over a $20 item...imagine with something more expensive. Do not buy from this seller
