As Plato said, “Truth is the beginning of every good thing.” Sellers must disclose flaws honestly. Integrity builds repeat customers, and trust is worth more than a quick sale. This is a minor defect, so I'm leaving positive feedback. Be a good human and do the right thing in the future!

    item became damaged after i placed my order and the seller informed me right away and asked if i'd like to cancel. even though i didn't end up getting the item i'm so thankful they reached out and gave me the option of cancelling with a full refund! other sellers would have shipped it with the damage and no returns. a lovely positive experience and a good human being :)
