Cancelled order 5 minutes after placing, then 4 days later Ebay message received that cancellation was denied and item shipped. There has been NO communication from seller.     Great seller. Shipped immediately and item was exactly as described. Only feedback would be to put an explicit note in the listing if the purchase is shipping in a box that reveals the contents. A Christmas surprise was ruined, but I share equal blame by not talking to seller ahead of time.

    The description said "NEW IN BOX." But it arrived with the lid cut off, and the white shoe was scuffed from being shipped in a bag. THIS DID NOT match the "New in Box condition" and it wasnt ready to pack as a gift. The description said Ship with USPS advantage 2-4 day delivery, but the shipping invoice showed it was sent the "slowest" option through FEDEX. It arrived an additional 4 days past the time I needed them as a gift. When writing they blamed others, but did offer a return option.
