    I had to pay for postage because it was put into any envelope instead of a box or shipping bag, when it clearly started in the description free shipping. On top of that the key does not work again it should with the description of my exact treadmill. Very dissatisfied and now out almost $18 for nothing.

    In 25 years off selling on Ebay, this is the first Negative response I have ever received. In my error, I shipped a small item in an envelope. I was informed by the buyer, that the mailperson who delivered the item, charged him $5 cash at the door due the item "not being flat in the envelope." I have never heard of this in my entire life will chalk this up as a lesson learned. I truly wish the buyer had reached out to me before leaving my First Negative response ever. I did refund the $5.

    Personally,I’m appalled@the upcharge on these mugs due to their popularity.They aren’t any better than,WM’s store brand.However,my wife would beg to differ.She now has 3,which means she’s spent over$100on hot/cold mugs.Also, compared to other sellers,this price was a little better,shipping was lightning quick&seller was very polite.All things considered,I’ll have to issue positive feedback.If you’re a StanleyMug officianato,this seller is safe&priced competitively.Id buy from them again for sure
