I needed to return an item because it was faulty. To do so I used the returns process ebay provides. Despite following this returns policy the seller didn't refund/replace until I initiated a case with ebay. The seller proceeded to chastise me for using this process and immediately claim I had used the item incorrectly and tried to pull the 'I'm a small business, returns cost me money' card. I've attached screenshots of the messages as they threatened to share them. I'd avoid this seller
