  The seller shipped the item fast and had great communication. The item was described as being new with slight outer box damage. This was accurate, and I could see that the item was in fact unused because it still had it's original seals unbroken. Fantastic seller!

  I finally got to use this to rotate my tires. It had no problem whatsoever. It does spin very quick so I didn't have to hold the trigger very long. So the short of it is the tool works great so I'd rather comment on the seller. The shipping was very prompt and the item was exactly as described. Their photos were very true and showed all the scuffs on the open box item. They didn't hide anything and were very truthful in the description. Based on that, I would highly recommend this seller.

  There were differences between the description and what I received, but the Seller made up for it. Not what I wanted to gift my spouse, but we're good now. So since it could have been an honest mistake, and the seller adjusted the price, I think the service received goes a long way, I can still positively give him 5 stars.
