    Seller listed as open box . There was one small tear in the outer box as for the spa it was perfect and the inner box was never opened. This was a brand new spa!!! The price was great the shipping was fast . I asked a few questions before purchasing and the seller responded extremely quickly. The appearance is brand new with zero damage. Great seller!!!!

    The description of the item was misleading, “opened box, like new”. It came with scratches and bread crumbs in the box. Immediately after opening it, I initiated a return. The return was smooth with no hassles whatsoever. The seller had excellent communication throughout the process. Other than the scratches, I loved the toaster and quickly ordered a different one, brand new. I would highly recommend this seller because you can purchase knowing they have an easy return policy.

    B+ deal: "Used" generally fair-good condition. Seller quick reply to questions but lengthy, LeaglEase saying they can't verify products or specific pictures of items listed. No instructions were included w/this disassembled box but fortunate arrows/snaps to "intuit". New similar prices $75-$100, so $44 not too bad though some small cracks @this "Used" box. Otherwise, seller gave what they basically listed, no specific description of the item. I'd deal here again hopeful, but cautiously. Thanks
