  I purchased 2 patterns from Spotted Dog. They sent a refund of one of them without any explanation why. The refund was a partial refund, since I paid for both shipping and the pattern. When the package finally arrived, there was only a picture of one of the patterns with no explanation on how to make the sweater. The other pattern was fine. I should have been refunded for the entire amount. I contacted the company, and received no answer.

  The buyer is incorrect. Partial discount was a postage discount made prior to sending as two items were sent together. I refunded in full immediately when buyer complained I hadn't sent the whole pattern. No contact before leaving neg which did not allow me to explain or correct. I always refund if there's a problem. Started in 1997 and would not still be around if I didn't :-)
