  Had to cancel the order because the seller could not fulfill the claim made in the listing which read “order today and receive by Christmas”. The seller was prompt in refunding my money, but it put me in a bind none the less. Hopefully this seller has learned from this experience and in the future not make claims that they can’t fulfill.

  Dear Buyer, First thanks for placing an order with us even if you had to cancel it. Second this post “order today and receive by Christmas” it's by eBay not listed on our store. Third, we have no control over production since it was made by a third party and, we have kept you posted for any veriation on production also there was ample of time for the mug to be received before Christmas.
