    I bought a beautiful Bryston amplifier for an agreed offer, it was shipped internationally,to me double boxed,in a very timely manner. Unfortunately,it did arrive with some concealed damage..After contacting seller,they responded immediately with instructions on getting a return in motion. Then, with shipping,duties,& still the need for an amp,we decided to check out repairing it & maybe refund a few bucks for me to keep it.which it repaired nicely & they met their offer & all ended happily A+++
