I have reason to believe this is a fraudulent company. They did not accept Ebays terms (i.e. they wanted to receive payment before shipping the equipment and Ebays policy is to hold payment until item is shipped). They kept trying to convince me to purchase outside of Ebay and the whole experience stunk of fraud.

eBay is holding the fund, we never experienced this before, we always get the fund from eBay before release the HPLC. I offered your an option if you want to do PO so you can use our HPLC first and pay later. Or I can cancel the order and you place the order with eBay one more time so eBay will release the fund. Your review is not reasonable.
