This seller went above and beyond. The well priced item quickly arrived as described. The Toro 60v blower box was packaged within a plain cardboard box and when I opened that box there was an envelope labeled "purchase receipt". On the receipt there was a hand written note to register the item on the Toro website and to charge the battery for 12 hours before I used it. I told a few neighbors (who had never used ebay) and they are now going to check out ebay and this seller. Many Thanks.

Wish the item would not have arrived damaged from being shipped in a sink facet box vs a shipping box. USPS too rough for that to be a good idea. Seller did issue a return after sending the case to ebay for some reason. Wish I didn't have to return the item.
