    Speaker House is an "EXCELLENT Vendor & Communicator"! Thanks Speaker House! The item arrived much later that what I had anticipated (USPS was the problem)! Speaker House shipped this item on time Dec 4th and I didn't receive it until Dec 17th. Because of my concerns; Speaker House again forwarded a 2nd like item at no charge, and when I informed them that I was in receipt of the 1st item, Speaker House said "Enjoy it", Thank You & I'm sorry for the inconvenience.     I highly DON'T recommend this seller. I purchased a used speaker, in stock. Shipping label was created within an hour of purchase, but still had not shipped 4 days later. Seller was contacted and I was told he had up to 30 days to ship. Item took another 4 days to ship and another week to arrive. By creating the shipping label 1st thing the buyer does not have the ability to cancel the order. Buyer beware, there are those that care more about your money then your return business.

    Very happy with the speaker which works well. Only complaint is with Fedex - package arrived late and a little banged up due to Fedex (definitely not the fault of the seller who was very communicative and helpful when Fedex temporarily lost the package). Recommend this seller.
