  the seller sent me only the generic selfie stick only, sent message to the seller and no reply, so I filed dispute on eBay and the outcome is in favor of me. So I got full refund, and ask the seller if he/she want me to send back the item, and he/she replied no need to send it back. very good seller , but he's ad is misleading., hopefully he fix it soon so that it will not happened again.   Probably would not shave a full beard, but it is good for the afternoon shadow. Don't depend on this mini shaver to give you a clean shave in the morning. If you started shaving by 8am, you might be done by noon (LOL). However, the seller shipped extremely fast. And it arrived in full working order. I charged it first and then gave it a first of morning test. FAILED as I described above. But as a quick clean up for a later day shadow clean up, it works ok.
