  The real issue about risking a purchase from a supplier so far away was exemplified by my experience with this item. It arrived ahead a expectation but was shown to be entirely inadequate upon unboxing and testing. The return option, which I have initiated, is made less than satisfactory by the cost of sending the package back to China. I will of course be doing this and will never purchase from a Chinese seller on eBay again. It just simply isn't worth the risk if the item is substandard.

  We had an issue not the sellers fault box was bashed when delivered. I opened box to find dents and cracked/broken hinge. I don't think the seller would send it like this hence the delivery company played basket ball with it. The seller gave a full refund and is out of pocket, but has shown honesty and a seller you can trust. Just a heads up if the box looks damaged do not except delivery. Obviously I am very annoyed but not right to blame the seller.

  Excellent customer service tried to help as much as they could all the information was correct overall a good company minor damage from shipping and nothing that affects device except the thread on there the shaft which I can fix
