I have been selling "torpedo" heaters and parts for over 40 years.
If you have a question about our parts or parts in general feel free to call.

We do not have an actual store, but you can pick up ebay orders from 1-5pm
Monday Thru Friday, Nov Thru March. I am sometimes in on Saturdays.
Always best to call and confirm.
We do not have a credit card machine so you should place order online or pay cash.

I am usually in the office from 8am til 5pm (chicago time) in the winter (Oct thru March). 219-242-8778

    When the filter showed up, they were tiny little 1 inch filters. They did not show actual size in ,description and then they listed my unit under this filter then told me I ordered the wrong one and then it was my fault. The ad was misleading because it had my unit Filter number at the end of their advertising making me think that was it. I asked for a link to make this right and they did not provide the correct link. if I can ever help it, I’ll never purchase again from them.

    The customer is 100% correct, however, this heater company has three different filters depending upon the model number. He just saw the brand and assumed it was the correct one for his heater. He did not read all of the info in the description. If he did, he would have seen it was the wrong one. He doesn't have to worry about buying from us again, as he has been blocked. Please read our entire listing before ordering, not just the headline!!!
