The condition of the products were super new and even smelled like it had never been handled. The quality was appreciated as even the package had a label marked fragile.   Packaging came as if toy was used and taped back up seller listened as new with no actual photo of product used website picture. Could not gift this item due to it being used. Contacted seller but was very rude and eventually stopped answering, was told it would ship by a certain date and it came 2 weeks later … no wonder why it was half the price then sold in store. Horrible condition pictures below

  I have all the screenshots of all conversations. How about you say the truth? It was 3 day handling, you ordered on thursday night, which would mean I ship monday since I don't ship fridays. You never even opened the toy, It is not taped back up. I always use stock pictures if item is new, you were super pushy when item got delayed ny post office when that isn't my fault. You were rude and a liar. You said delivery date wasn't an issue but now yet you post it on the review. You wanted it free
