  Great item but poor communication (like none). No action on the sale until after day nine when I requested to cancel the order as there was no indication the saw chains were ever going to be shipped. A few more days later instead of offering me a refund as I requested I suddenly get notified, they have been shipped. Oh, well now I have extra chains running out of my ears as I had to buy local to get my contract completed in time for my client. Otherwise, items as described and packaged well.

  Was supposed to be Shipped Priority. Ordered August 21st. Asked seller for tracking info after a week. No Response!! I contacted Ebay September 1st since, I didn't receive chains. Three days later there was a tracking number listed. Still took a week after it was shipped. Received on September 11th. I will not but from again!!
