The batteries were loose in pairs in a bubble mailer, which was surprising. But they arrived quickly so that's nice. I went back and looked at the description and it does say they're in pairs, not in packages. I didn't notice that so the surprise is on me. The seller shipped quickly and had a good price for the batteries, so I would recommend him or her. :) My kids go through batteries like wildfire so I will be back.
