About us

For 24 years I have been handmaking these bird feeders, bird houses and butterfly houses. I use the best tropical woods and other moisture resistant woods such as Georgia swamp cypress for the walls, western red cedar which I use when I cut shingles and West African mahogany for all the perches. I have a small workshop in my Atlanta basement and have been making these by hand since day one.
I hope that you will enjoy my work as much as I enjoy creating them.
In the past I have been doing shows mostly on the East Coast. When Covid hit in 2020 and the shows dried up I began selling only on Etsy. Just recently (November 22, 2024) I also began selling on Ebay.
I no longer sell at shows as travel, in my older years is proving to be much of a hindrance to my personal health and especially that of my wife.
Wish us the best as our 24 year journey has been both creative and satisfying.
