There were issues with shipping that delayed it's arrival that had nothing to do with the seller. The instrument is of high quality & was packaged professionally.   A+++ great ebayer, super fast shipping! Item arrived sooner than expected, in excellent condition just as described. I originally was gonna get the satin black snake bite, but the seller informed me that it would be a little longer because of a technical issue, he offered the gloss white one and expedited shipping and I could not be more pleased! I will be purchasing from this seller again in the future!

  After several issues, I must say the communication from this seller was the best I have ever seen. They were on top of my issues and in constant contact until we both agreed to a mutual resolution.
