    While the DVD drive was as advertised, the listing stated that the needed bezel was also included. After the drive was delivered without the bezel, I contacted the seller who told me that they errantly included the bezel in the listing. They did offer a full or partial refund. The seller and I worked out an arrangement to purchase the bezel at a reduced price.
