  I got this little guy to put on a new bag I was gonna get, I was so excited to get him but I noticed that my package was being delayed because weather, I was kinda bummed out if my package never arrived and well the seller messaged me and told me that the package could be lost and sent me a replacement which was amazing. 10/10

  Even though it took some time. The seller let me know in advance of the shipping and it came right around the time frame. There was, unbeknownst to me, a shipping issue that the seller proactively brought to my attention and immediately resolved.. with an insignificant delay vs. the original estimated date of receipt.   Great product. Just be patient with them. I think they use some kind of 3rd party shipper service that takes a while. The package remained in Grapevine, TX for a many weeks past the due date required for delivery. However, the item eventually did arrive and it is quality product in perfect condition. The seller actually refunded the purchase price due to the delay but I wanted to emphasize the items were delivered so to anyone considering their products to just be patient.
