    When I opened up the package, I noticed a large crack in the serving tray. I contacted the seller right away. They said they never inspected the product before shipping it out, since it appeared unopened. To my dismay, my favorite item of the set was damaged. The seller sent me a partial refund for about 1/4 of the price I paid. I appreciated the gesture and communication. Buying dishware on ebay is very risky, since you never know how the shipping transit will go, and how the box is handled.

    Everything was in good condition like advertised, the package came in mint condition and the packaging was well done so it sustained no damage during shipping. Overall very happy with my purchase. Shipping cast was higher than the cost of the item but what are you gonna do? Just how it goes.
