    I originally received the wrong doll but the vendor was a total professional and sent the correct one after I contacted him/her. I was the one with the problem because I went on vacation for a month and was delayed in returning the incorrect doll to the vendor. The vendor was patient and worked with my schedule and I will be more than happy to work with them again!

    This doll is beautiful. Arrived beautifully packaged. The doll is brand new. The quality is outstanding. Worthy to have Mattell's name on it. Price was great. I am totally over the moon with this doll. The seller is top notch. The package arrived wrapped and taped properly for shipping. The seller even had a special mailer box that they sent it in. This ensured that no damage occurred with the doll or her housing. I like that. I most definitely will purchase from this seller again.

    I did not receive the doll I ordered. Sent a picture of the doll they sent. The doll that was sent looked nothing like the doll I ordered. They apologized but said I would have to pay again to get the doll I ordered in order for them to ship out now. I had to make a special trip to USPS to drop it off and sent them the receipt. Refuse to pay twice for the same doll. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
