    Manfrotto head was broken on unpacking. With zero value to me. Looked like it was broken before sale and bubble wrapped very tightly to keep it from falling apart. I would not trust to buy from this seller again. Buyers beware of this seller.

    I bought what was described as a functional and tested. Upon arrival, the device didn't charge completely and when used, didn't work. This could have been determined as none functional by simply charging the device completely. I reached out to the seller and explained that this device would best meets the requirements of " for parts only" as outlined in the eBay policy. The seller was rude but explained that I could return the device. After submitting the return, the seller hasn't responded.

    Was sold as working (which they do) but that the battery life/longevity was not tested. Buyer was extremely rude and demanding. I was happy to accept the return. Buyer continued to message and harass, will be blocking buyer and would recommend other sellers do the same.

    Great Controllers ready for repairs, came with the exact same color configuration as shown in the pictures and they even came pre-diagnosed as stated. Will definitely look to purchase controllers from this seller in the future
