The box was flimsy and the storaform was all busted and the hardware bag was lodged between the two outer boxes that were taped together. Good product for the value.

    Kind of a weird situation here, that ended up well. The product arrived pretty poorly packaged and, unfortunately, the prop shaft bent during shipping. I sent photos and a video and the seller totally took care of me. They responded quickly and professionally and I'm very happy. And, they committed to improving their shipment packaging. I believe they're actually Aquos, but trying to resell customer returns. Seemed legit and a good seller.
