  fast shipping and fast communication. however, this was to be unopened and brand new. it was 100% an open box as parts were missing, and some parts were placed in a sandwich bag. had to call kohler to request the hardware just to be able to use this item. good thing kohler is a great company with great customer service. the seller - eh.
