Shipping was fast. Seller communication was great. We just installed the product today and the rails fit my ‘23 Bronco Sport OB just fine. They were NIB so great condition, and they looked very nice. They have a lower profile than my last set which adds to the sleek appearance. I feel this was a quality item for a fair price. We have a trip soon and will be able to test them out with a carrier.

This business was quick to advise me that they didn’t work on Saturday and that their “warehouse” was closed but they took the time to cancel my order on a Saturday - quickly- after becoming upset with me because I inquired on why wasn’t my package immediately shipped out after they created a label kicking off the tracking available to discover UPS had not been provided a package-hence sending out false notification with anticipation to receive it for Christmas- terrible vendor/seller and ebay.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. The customer requested the product to arrive before Christmas, but we informed them it wasn’t possible and offered to cancel the order. We also explained that we don’t ship on Saturdays due to holiday rush and warehouse closure. The customer canceled the order, and we issued a full refund. Despite this, they left negative feedback. We love our work and will continue to provide transparent and honest service.
