Watch was well packaged and quick delivery, the description said the watch needed a battery and was in immaculate condition. Not the case at all water marks on the face, and the watch is broken due to water damage which was revealed to me by the local jeweller who was to replace the battery.When I contacted the seller got an immediate reply to say a full refund would be given. Asked if they would cover the postage and have had no response since.

Turned up in a bit of bubble wrap and had the Ariel attached which has stressed the unit explained to the seller who then tells me it was sent in a box which it didn’t turn up in one just bubble wrap and label attached have asked for help with the repair but now no response so I would AVOID and not good practice mistakes can happen but just own them and fix it very poor service

This item was sent in a box, I offered a full refund & to pay for the return. Needed the item back to open an investigation with courier.
