  ok you really need to send the bottles in a box not in a bag as the tops of the bottles were opened however we were lucky that none of the contents spilled into the bags. it appears that in the feedback before this is a common issue thank you

  I ordered a shampoo and conditioner with pumps. The shampoo arrived without a pump. I contacted the seller who replied straight away & said they would get it sorted. 4 follow up emails over the next 5 weeks (no updates from the seller between my emails), each with a reply promising to get this sorted out I still do not have the product I paid for. Disappointing approach from the seller who could have resolved this straight away with a replacement product and a reply paid post bag.
