My only suggestion for improvement would be the packaging- one small bracket was packaged in a box with packing beans for Evri delivery. Not so environmentally friendly and a box delivery means you need to be at home when the Evri courier arrives. We appreciate your support and your thoughts on our packaging. To advise, our cardboard boxes are fully recyclable and FSC-certified, and the packing peanuts are 100% biodegradable. While jiffy mailers may be more convenient, their inner lining is less environmentally friendly. We’ve also had smaller items lost in transit when sent via mail rather than a package. This packaging ensures full trackability, guarantees customer satisfaction and environmentally friendly.
