But when I reached out to the company they were super quick to make the problem right. I was put in touch with a sweet customer service representative who guided me through the exchange process (which was easier than expected ). I had a replacement sent that was in like new condition! Overall I love how the loo works for me and my kitties! I definitely recommend the company and hope to order another one from them soon!

No response over 2 days, so I contacted them again. They responded with apologies and they would send a replacement base with instructions on sending the original defective base back. A week later & no update. I reach out again. They don’t know when they’ll have a unit to send out. But I can wait and they’ll let me know if/when one ships. Sending entire unit back for full refund. Awaiting label.

Casa Leo’s support was quick and polite and we now have everything set up and running. FedX still hasn’t responded to my original inquiry trying to find the unit… :)
