    Does not reply to messages, many things about this transaction could have gone much better had they responded... Vague description did not address the things I needed to know, shipment kept getting pushed to later dates, when I finally got it, I was disappointed with the quality; Galvanized steel adapter on cheap aluminum flange, wacky diameters, for something that goes on a precision part?? Cheap, and it feels cheap/waste of money because I can't use it, remember folks you get what you pay for!

    First off...packaging was horrible. Not sure why a paper bubble mailer would be used for a hard and sharp(ish) type of product. Shipping time for the seller was excellent, check. Product was new, check. Thus why I didn't leave negative feedback, regardless of the sellers not so good packaging. Due to bad packaging, the shipping label was screwed up and my package literally kept circling through the postal service. I had to contact them to even get it. Took 2 weeks and had to purchase another one
