It was more of my fault not understanding the lock & unlocked devices. This seller is honest and communication was a plus kindly addressed the problem. Resolved my issue and fixed it quickly as possible and I had no issues at all for returning it and receing a full refund. This seller gets a 5 Star from me.

    First time using ebay and purchasing a used cell phone in general, let alon e online.. Never had any contact witht the seller but it turns out there NO NEED because once I clicked SUBMIT ORDER the rest of the process was very much like a machine in a factory. Listing was ACCURATE above reproach. Packaging was PERFECT. My iphone 7 showed up in SIGNIFICANTLY better condition than I was anticipating (and that was already a very good level).     exactly what i ordered, an outdated phone that cannot handle new operating systems :) A+ packaging could've been a lil better, just tiny bubble wrap around phone in a thick paper envelope but it arrived without a defect. these phones should be cheaper given they are almost 10yrs old but that's the market i guess.

    Phone arrived with no charge, no cable just phone as description says. Phones pictures were cleared but it seemed to still have data from previous owner. I factory reset phone it's working as described, minor cosmetic scuffs screen seems to be new. Phone shipped in envelope and wrapped in extremely thick layer of bubble wrap (phone was completely fine) would buy again. But I have bought phones from other Sellars came with charger and was factory reset before arrival.

    iPhone 5 arrived well-packaged and in very good condition, just as described. Battery is in very good health. I was able to downgrade this to iOS 6 and install an alternate App Store so I can download old, nostalgic games. Everything works perfectly. Excellent seller!

They did forget to include the charging cable in my order, but we worked out a solution and I was very pleased with their communication.
